7. Eligibility Criteria

A. Junior Technical Officer (Sugar Technology)
Educational Qualification
उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University/Institute से Science या Engineering में Degree होनी चाहिए और निम्न में से कोई एक qualification होनी चाहिए:
- Associateship in Sugar Technology; या
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Sugar Technology.
Experience
निम्न में से कोई एक:
- Sugar Technology के क्षेत्र में Teaching, Research या Advisory का 3 वर्ष का अनुभव; या
- Sugar Factory में Managerial Capacity में कार्य करने का 3 वर्ष का Practical Experience.
Desirable Qualification
- M.Sc. Chemistry; या
- M.Tech. Sugar Technology
- Scientific/Technological Reports और Reviews के Drafting/Editing का अनुभव।
B. Assistant Legislative Counsel – Grade IV
उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University से Law Degree या equivalent qualification होनी चाहिए तथा विज्ञापन में निर्धारित निम्न में से qualification/experience में से कोई applicable condition पूरी करनी होगी:
- State Judicial Service में कम से कम 7 वर्ष;
- State के Legal Department में superior post पर कम से कम 7 वर्ष;
- Central Government servant के रूप में legal affairs में कम से कम 7 वर्ष का अनुभव;
- Master’s Degree in Law के साथ Law में कम से कम 5 वर्ष का teaching/research experience; या
- कम से कम 30 वर्ष की आयु वाला qualified legal practitioner।
Legislative drafting experience वाले उम्मीदवार को preference दी जाएगी।
C. Law Officer
Educational Qualification
किसी recognized Institute/University से Degree in Law.
Experience
निम्न में से कोई एक:
- Legal Practitioner के रूप में Legal Work का 2 वर्ष का अनुभव; या
- Government Office में Legal Work का 2 वर्ष का अनुभव.
D. Specialist Grade II (Junior Scale)-Cardiology
Educational Qualification
- Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 में निर्धारित recognized medical qualification; तथा
- संबंधित specialty में Post Graduate Degree, अर्थात D.M. (Cardiology) या equivalent qualification.
Experience
Post Graduate Degree प्राप्त करने के बाद संबंधित specialty में 3 वर्ष का अनुभव आवश्यक है।
